Free Worldwide Shipping Green Glow offers free insured shipping on all orders, domestic and international. No minimum purchase required.

Carriers All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. We select the carrier based on your location and delivery timeline.

Estimated Delivery Times Domestic US orders: Estimated delivery date shown at checkout per item. International orders: Estimated 4–5 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

Handcrafted to Order Green Glow jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please allow 14–17 business days for crafting and preparation before your order is dispatched. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Insurance All shipments are fully insured in transit until delivery and signature confirmation. Green Glow is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Signature Required An adult signature (18+) with valid government-issued ID is required for all deliveries. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your order.

Duties, Taxes & Import Charges International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. All duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total. These charges are collected by the delivery carrier upon arrival in your country.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
